What are you working on? What are your goals for the future?

I’m returning to the Spine one more time and am looking forward to some Running in the Alps. I love a ‘round’ so need to do the Ramsey to complete the big 3. I am putting a 300+mile route together in Snowdonia so watch this space!!

Why do you run? What do you love about running?

I love to run to run as it’s great for my mental health and the social side is amazing. I love running trails as they are more technical and you get to some amazing places.

Which Scarpa shoe is your favourite?

The Spin Infinity they are super comfy.

Tell us about your best day running?

My Double BG (Bob Graham Round), it was an amazing day(s) with mates taking in beautiful views, great banter and keeping to my schedule.

What do you do away from your sport?

I keep Chickens which gets me out in the garden and I’m busy with renovating my house.

Where is your #NoPlacetooFar?

I would love to run in New Zealand the mountains are beautiful
